Mentorship
We are excited to announce the launch of the Immigrant Architects Coalition (IAC) Mentorship Program.
This fully online program aims to support immigrant architects by pairing them with experienced professionals like yourself. Over the course of 10 weeks, mentees will have the chance to learn from you, receive guidance, and grow in their professional careers. .
Duration: 10 weeks total: 8 weeks of mentorship + opening and closing receptions (from February 5, 2026, to April 9, 2026).
Commitment: Meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your availability.
Program Highlights
Mentee's Responsibilities:

Actively participate in weekly or bi-weekly calls or online meetings with your mentor, as mutually agreed upon.
